Under the supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed therapist, our aides assist patients with ADL’s , personal care, ambulation, & transfers, assist with bathing, prepare and serve meals, light housekeeping, pick up groceries and medication from a local store or pharmacy, and assist with self-administration of medications. Our therapists evaluate each patient’s physical impairments and functional limitations to establish a plan of care in coordination with the patient’s physician in order to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
